Eligibility for Lucky Draw:

Participants must be 18 years old or older at the time of entry.

The contest is open to residents of Kerala,India only.

Entry:

Participants may enter the contest by following us on Instagram @educationdirectworldwide and completing the entry forms.

Only one entry per person is allowed unless stated otherwise.

Contest Period:

The contest begins on 9 December 2023 and ends on 16 December 2023. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

Winner Selection:

Winners will be selected based on a Lucky Draw.

The decision of the judging panel is final and binding.

Prizes:

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.

Education Direct Worldwide reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Notification:

Winners will be notified by email and phone within 5 days of the contest closing date.

If a winner does not respond within 10 days, an alternate winner will be selected.

Publicity:

By participating, participants grant Education Direct Worldwide permission to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes.

Data Privacy:

We respects participants' privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with the privacy policy. Personal information will only be used for the purpose of the contest and will not be shared with third parties.

Disqualification:

Education Direct Worldwide reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent activity.

Legal Compliance:

Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms:

Education Direct Worldwide reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest or these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided.

Governing Law:

The contest is governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.
